The Chapter House, owned and managed by Chelmsford Cathedral, offers three modern, well-equipped meeting rooms for hire in the centre of Chelmsford.
We are seeking an organised and customer-focused Chapter House & Community Engagement Manager to oversee the booking and operation of our meeting rooms as well as support our programme of community bookings and events.
In this role, you will manage room bookings, coordinate with clients, and ensure all bookings are delivered in a friendly and professional manner. You’ll be responsible for maximising bookings, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining high operational standards.

There are around 250 volunteers here at Chelmsford Cathedral covering a great many roles which allows the Cathedral to open seven days a week, be a home to many community groups and continue to offer free entry to visitors.
